RINTEK LIMBAH B3<\/h1>\n

TEKNIS TEMPAT PENYIMPANAN SEMENTARA LIMBAH B3<\/p>\n

Dengan keluarnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (P3LH), terdapat sebuah mekanisme baru untuk mengintegrasikan Izin Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (PPLH) dengan AMDAL atau UKL-UPL.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya, prosedur mengatur bahwa pengurusan izin PPLH harus dilakukan setelah izin lingkungan diperoleh, dan usaha atau kegiatan telah berjalan. Namun, sekarang dengan adanya Persetujuan Teknis (Pertek), suatu rencana usaha atau kegiatan harus memperolehnya terlebih dahulu sebelum mengajukan persetujuan lingkungan.<\/p>\n

Dengan demikian, seluruh pengelolaan lingkungan akan terintegrasi kedalam AMDAL atau UKL-UPL.<\/p>\n

PERBEDAAN PERTEK B3 & RINTEK B3<\/h1>\n

Untuk setiap kegiatan usaha yang melibatkan pengumpulan, pemanfaatan, pengolahan dan penimbunan limbah B3, persetujuan teknis yang menyeluruh dan mendalam diperlukan. Persetujuan teknis harus membuktikan bahwa sumber daya dan infrastruktur yang direncanakan sudah cukup dan tidak akan menyebabkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan.<\/p>\n

Namun, TPS limbah B3 yang dihasilkan sendiri dikecualikan dari persyaratan persetujuan teknis, namun tetap harus menyusun rincian teknis dan mengintegrasikannya dengan persetujuan lingkungan.<\/p>\n

Bagi jenis usaha yang berhubungan dengan penyimpanan, pengumpulan, pemanfaatan, pengolahan dan penimbunan limbah B3, baik sebagai kegiatan utama maupun kegiatan penunjang, persetujuan teknis limbah B3 (Pertek Limbah B3) wajib dilengkapi.<\/p>\n

Setiap jenis kegiatan usaha akan memiliki spesifikasi limbah B3 yang berbeda, sehingga substansi dari persetujuan teknis limbah B3 juga akan berbeda antara satu jenis kegiatan usaha dengan yang lain.<\/p>\n

Masa berlaku Pertek B3 atau Rintek B3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Untuk memenuhi persyaratan ijin lingkungan, perlu dilengkapi dengan rincian teknis (rintek) dan persetujuan teknis (pertek). Setelah dilakukan verifikasi, jika memenuhi persetujuan teknis, maka dapat diterbitkan surat kelayakan operasi (SLO) untuk kegiatan tersebut. Namun, jika tidak memenuhi persetujuan teknis, maka akan diterbitkan surat penghentian sementara.<\/p>\n

Berbeda dengan peraturan sebelumnya, masa berlaku ijin lingkungan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 tahun 2021 adalah selamanya. Namun, untuk masa penyimpanan limbah B3 tetap ada batasan waktu, yaitu 90 hari – 365 hari tergantung pada kategori limbah B3.<\/p>\n
