ANALISIS DAMPAK LINGKUNGAN\u00a0<\/p>\n

Di tengah pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat dan perkembangan infrastruktur yang pesat, keseimbangan antara kemajuan dan kelestarian lingkungan menjadi semkin penting.<\/p>\n

AMDAL memegang peranan penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap kegiatan atau proyek dapat meminimalkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dengan tetap memaksimalkan dampak positifnya.<\/p>\n

Dalam penyusunannya, pelaku usaha harus menunjuk jasa konsultan AMDAL untuk pengurusan dokumen yang terdiri dari Formulir Kerangka Acuan (KA), ANDAL, dan RKL – RPL.<\/p>\n

DASAR HUKUM<\/h1>\n

Dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup disebutkan bahwa, AMDAL adalah Kajian mengenai dampak penting pada Lingkungan Hidup dari suatu usaha dan atau kegiatan yang direncanakan, untuk digunakan sebagai prasyarat pengambilan keputusan tentang penyelenggaraan usaha dan atau kegiatan serta termuat dalam Perizinan Berusaha atau persetujuan Pemerintah Pusat\/ Daerah<\/p>\n

TUJUAN<\/h1>\n

Tujuan dan sasaran AMDAL adalah untuk menjamin agar suatu rencana usaha dan atau kegiatan pembangunan dapat beroperasi secara berkesinambungan tanpa merusak lingkungan. Studi AMDAL diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan dan mengelola sumber daya alam secara efisien dengan meminimalisir dampak negatif serta dapat mengoptimalkan dampak positif yang ditimbulkan<\/p>\n
